We are NSSF Hiinovator Winners

Hi-Innovator is an initiative of Uganda’s National Social Security Fund (NSSF) that has established a start-up fund aimed at identifying and supporting small and growing businesses by extending catalytic seed funding, building the capacity of entrepreneurship support organisations to provide quality technical assistance and working with financing institutions to unlock affordable patient capital so that they can become more competitive.

The camp focused on building our business through goal setting, management, building business technical competencies, commercial viability, financial stand and compliance, telling a business strategy on one page and pitch practices. With this training, we are better positioned to manage your farm to scalable success and eventual sustainability.

Out of 2,913 participants, only 78 businesses (2%) were selected

80 of Uganda’s best entrepreneurs in agriculture, digital economy, and manufacturing pitch their way to success to 28 distinguished investment Committee members. The pitching provides tremendous feedback on our product which enables us to improve the product to further fit our clients’ preferences. In addition, it connects us to potential strategic partners that can we can leverage on and improve our service delivery.
