A farm that can generate a comfortable living, present a wholistic learning experience for people interested in understanding their food chain, and present a model for a profitable mixed animal and crop husbandry within a modest plot size of 20 acres. This coupled with the requirement for it to be a serene residence for the client, family, and guests, made it a formidable challenge to balance the calm and serenity of the home, with the rigor and intensity of the farm.

This was however achieved through a robust zoning scheme which linked the farm and residences, but maintained a healthy seclusion for them.
